Always confirm with the airline or airport
Flyte is an informational travel companion—not an airline, airport, air-traffic service, or safety system. Flight status, gates, times, weather, positions, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Never rely on Flyte as your only source for boarding, connection, safety, or travel decisions.
Using Flyte
You may use Flyte for personal, lawful flight tracking. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade access controls or quotas, scrape it at scale, probe other accounts, or use invitation and sharing features to harass or impersonate others.
Accounts and guest access
Flyte supports local guests, anonymous service identities, and signed-in accounts. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and sign-in methods. Information saved only in local guest mode may be lost if the app or device data is removed. Anonymous server data may not be recoverable after reinstalling unless the identity was linked to a permanent account.
Your content and sharing
You retain ownership of names, profile photos, notes, and other content you provide. You give Flyte a limited permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the features you use. You are responsible for having the right to share content and for choosing appropriate friend-visibility settings.
Third-party services and data
Flyte depends on Apple services, Supabase, mapping, airline imagery, and external flight, aircraft-position, and weather providers. Their availability and data are outside Flyte’s control and may change. Your use of Apple devices and the App Store remains subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
Ownership
Flyte’s software, interface, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a confusingly similar service except where law expressly permits it.
Changes, suspension, and termination
Flyte may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, especially when providers or platform capabilities change. Access may be limited for abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using Flyte at any time and can delete data or an account from the app.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flyte is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be available, accurate, complete, secure, or fit for a particular trip. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flyte is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for missed flights, connections, bookings, expenses, or decisions based on delayed or inaccurate third-party information. Any mandatory liability remains limited only as the law permits.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to support@flyte.noman.io.
